I am extremely disappointed with Critter Control. I first contacted Critter Control in October of 2023. They came out and performed an inspection and provided a list of recommended solutions. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and signed a contract to implement all of the suggested fixes and for monthly mole baiting. They came back in November to complete the repair work and it went great! Fast forward to April 4th, I hear a critter in my attic. I called the phone number on the business card I was given only to be told that my service was transferred and I needed to call a different phone number. I called this number and left a message. No one ever called me back. I called the business card phone number again the following week to see if there was someone else I could contact since I hadn’t heard back. They informed me that Critter Control went from a franchise operation to a corporation. I was given another phone number, this time for corporate. I called this corporate phone number and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was informed that they did not have any of my information in their system and needed to create a new profile. I get that there can be system transitions but it seems odd to me that there was no issue coming out for my monthly mole baiting. I clearly have a customer profile somewhere. After giving all my information to the lady on the phone, she told me a local employee would give me a call within the hour. I heard nothing. After waiting several more days, I called the corporate number again. I was again told that a local employee would call me back within the hour. I have yet to hear from them. It is now April 18th and I am still unable to get someone to help me. Although Critter Control was wonderful at first, it seems like the service has gone down hill. It very much seems like a bait and switch situation. I would encourage you to look somewhere else for your critter needs.

We unfortunately had raccoons in our attic. Contacted Critter Control and Chris Messer (Inspector/Technician) was prompt, professional and kept in contact regarding resolution of the problem. Chris returned and repaired the gable end damage caused by the raccoons. Highly recommend Critter Control of Cincinnati / Lexington and Chris!

The person who came to the house was very friendly and personable. He explained everything thoroughly. The office staff are friendly and very helpful.
